Goodbye 2005
The fall semester officially ends today. I'll be heading home tomorrow and won't have access to the internet until I come back to school so this will be my last post of 2005. It is hard to believe that another year has gone by. Tonight is graduation, my sister and her husband are graduating and then headed to Oregon after the new year. It will be weird to be up here without them around.
Well, not much else to say so I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

A business spin on sacrifice
This past Sunday in Elders Quorum we were talking about making sacrifices and that sort of thing. All my business classes must be starting to wear off on me because as we were talking I started to think of sacrifice in a way that I never had before. In business when you give up something in hopes of getting something more in return it is called an investment. Making a sacrifice to the Lord is the same thing. We give up things in hopes that we will get something better in return such as blessings and eternal life. So rather than look at what we are giving up we should look at what we can gain. I don't know if that makes any sense but it helped me see things a little more clearly than I had been lately.

A fellow classmate told me to check out this website. There aren't really any words to describe it. Check it out if you want.

Se hace
It is done. After hours and hours in the design lab and typing away on the computer I was able to finish my last two homework assignments of the semester. It was such a relief Saturday night as I was putting the finishing touches on my business plan to finally have it done. Overall this semester has gone quite well. As long as I don't totally bomb my finals I will be in good shape. Sadly there was one casualty along the way, my stats grade has suffered insomuch that I'll be retaking it next semester. I'm glad to have another semester under my belt. Hopefully one of these days I will be able to graduate and get out of Rexburg.
